Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration in good standing.
• Substantial post-qualification OT experience.
• Experience with frailty or rehabilitation services.
• Experience leading teams or supervising staff.
• Strong communication, organisation and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage a clinical caseload and prioritise demands.
