Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to lead neurorehabilitation services in Doncaster and Rotherham. The role focuses on clinical leadership across the Neurorehabilitation bed base and Early Supported Discharge, with triage, planning, prioritisation and review of referrals to optimise patient flow.

The post requires an experienced OT committed to high standards of care and working collaboratively with the ward team

Band 7 Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist , Neurorehabilitation,

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic , experienced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership across our Neurorehabilitation bed base and Early Supported Discharge service across Doncaster and Rotherham

As Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist you will work alongside the ward manager and other clinical leads to provide clinical leadership across the bed base and Early Supported Discharge Service. You will help with the triage, planning, prioritisation and review of referrals into the services, problem solving with the team any potential bottlenecks or issues with meeting service delivery targets to optimise patient flow.
