We require a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist.
Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will provide professional support and leadership to our occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants and activity workers who are based across our existing mental health inpatient services in Birmingham:
Montague Court is an 18-bed male long term complex care mental health inpatient unit based in Edgbaston, Birmingham
Dartmouth House is a 16-bed male long term complex care mental health inpatient unit based in Handsworth Wood, Birmingham
Orchard House is an 8-bed residential step-down recovery service based in Erdington, Birmingham; this allows extension of the long-term complex care pathway.
Stanford Court will be a 20-bed male mental health inpatient unit based in Highgate. This will consist of a 15-bed enhanced care service and, contained within the building but outside the main service, five self-contained recovery flats to enable assessment skills in preparation for discharge.
