Overview

Clinical Lead - Nursing Home
Location: Halstead, Essex
Salary: £28 per hour (with paid breaks)
Hours: 40 hours per week - (made up of 2x12 hour shift and 2x8 hour shift)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams
• Ensure care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to individual needs
• Monitor medication administration and clinical practices
• Support audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Proven experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role within a care home
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care
