As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of personalized care packages in the South East regions, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Main duties of the job

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
