As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of personalized care packages in the South East regions, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. You will manage and support a team of care workers and nurses, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Main duties of the job

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. You will conduct holistic nursing assessments and make changes to improve client outcomes. Additionally, you will manage and motivate a regional care delivery team, providing regular supervision and competency assessments. You will also be responsible for reporting on targets and standards, driving service improvements and business development.
