Job summary

You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, overseeing shifts, and engaging in the recruitment and training of staff. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of clinical experience and hold a registered nurse qualification. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Experience in a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager position is required.
• Good, updated HR knowledge in regards to return to works and sickness management is necessary.
• Genuine enjoyment of recruitment, training and induction of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership with two clinical shifts per week.
• Oversee three supernumerary shifts.

This role will consist of 2 clinical shifts pw, with 3 shifts supernumerary.
