Job summary

The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, ensuring high standards of care, strong clinical governance, and effective care planning and documentation.

The role requires a registered general nurse with NMC registration, previous senior nursing experience, and eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) and current NMC registration.
• 12 months or more experience as an RGN in a senior role.
• Experience in elderly care or nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Oversee care planning, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
