Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse for a dementia-focused nursing home in Plymouth. The role combines clinical leadership with management responsibilities, sharing time between clinical shifts and people management to maintain high standards of care.

You will lead a team, oversee care plans, audits and CQ standards, and build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals while driving continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN.
• Experience in a senior role within dementia or elderly care.
• Strong understanding of dementia care best practices.
• Able to lead autonomously while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and support the Home Manager in daily operations.
• Oversee care planning, audits and ensure CQ standards are met.
• Mentor and supervise nursing and care staff; manage rota, recruitment and performance reviews.
• Oversee medication management and ensure best practice clinical standards.
• Build relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
• Support service development and quality improvement initiatives.
