Job description

Our client is part of one of the leading care home groups in the country and is seeking a professional and experienced RGN to join its friendly team in its 50-bed elderly nursing home in Leeds.

Using your excellent leadership skills and broad clinical knowledge, you will lead the assessment, planning, and evaluation of our residents' care to achieve the highest professional standards within the home.

You will be the lead on shift while promoting areas of clinical best practice, working with both the care and ancillary teams to foster excellent teamwork and ensure the needs of our residents are fully met.

Flexible and reliable, you will appreciate building long-term positive relationships with older people, their families, and visitors.

You will be working a contracted 39 hours per week on days and can expect superb training and professional development opportunities.
