The North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board is recruiting an experienced clinician to lead All Age Continuing Care as a Band 7 Clinical Lead Nurse. You will provide expert clinical oversight and visible leadership across NHS Continuing Healthcare and Complex Care pathways.

Working with partners, you will shape and deliver high-quality, safe, person-centred care in line with national frameworks and drive education and development for the MDT.

Qualifications

• NMC registration required (or Social Work England) and current registration.
• Masters level study plus postgraduate diploma or equivalent specialist knowledge.
• Extensive post-registration experience, including senior clinical leadership.
• Experience leading programmes of education or training.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload of a team.
• NHS Continuing Care experience.
• Experience with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health.

• Provide expert clinical oversight across All Age Continuing Care and NHS Continuing Healthcare pathways.
• Lead and model professional practice with multidisciplinary teams.
