Clinical Lead Nurse | Devon | Full Time | £45,000 per year

Our client is a Devon-based care home providing residential, nursing, and dementia care. They are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team.

The Clinical Lead Nurse is a senior member of the nursing team at Halwill Manor Nursing Home, providing professional nursing leadership and management support across the home. The role involves overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and support to the nursing team.
2. Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
3. Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
4. Monitor and evaluate patient care.
5. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
2. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team.
