This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) — ideal for a Registered Nurse who is ready to take on a key leadership role while still remaining close to hands-on care.

  • Previous experience working in a nursing home setting (essential)
  • Solid background in older adults’ care, including dementia support
  • Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and a calm, confident presence
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement

What’s On Offer:

  • Paid NMC renewal fee
  • Paid breaks – because your time matters
  • Enhanced rates for bank holidays
  • Employee Assistance Programme – confidential wellbeing and counselling support
  • Paid DBS check
  • Paid induction and full training
  • Clear progression pathways and career development support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team to deliver excellent clinical care
  • Ensure safe medication administration and best-practice clinical interventions
  • Support with care planning, risk assessments, and audits
  • Monitor the quality and compliance of care in line with regulatory standards
  • Act as a role model for compassionate, evidence-based nursing practice
