This role will consist of 2 clinical shifts pw, with 3 shifts supernumerary.

Essential

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a min. 3 years clinical experience
• Must have experience in a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager position
• Must have good, updated HR knowledge in regards to return to works and sickness management
• Genuine enjoyment of recruitment, training and induction of staff
