Clinical Lead Nurse

Coventry

Up to 22 per hour + paid breaks

I currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead within a small, family owned Nursing Home in Coventry.

The home has been rated good by the CQC consistently since they opened 34 years ago and have a number of 5 star ratings and reviews.

They provide high quality, person-centred general nursing and end-of-life care for 25 residents.

As the Clinical Lead, you will be closely supported by the home's owners, manager, deputy manager, quality lead, and home co-ordinator, along with a long-standing nursing team who take great pride in the high quality, person-centred care delivered throughout the service.

You will work a combination of clinical and supernumerary shifts over 36 hours per week. You will be responsible for leading the staff team as well as supporting with audits, managing medication, and care plans. For this role, it is essential that you have excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as experience working within nursing homes.

You will receive a generous salary of up to 22 per hour along with a range of excellent staff benefits, including:
