Working within a purpose-built, newly refurbished home, the Clinical Lead Nurse will play a vital role in delivering specialist residential and nursing care, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical support and personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and act as a role model to colleagues
  • Oversee medication management, care planning, and safeguarding practices
  • Carry out clinical audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Work closely with residents and families to promote dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life
  • Support the Registered Manager with staff training, development, and performance management
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
  • Strong background in nursing homes or elderly care settings
  • Proven clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of best practice
