Salary: £26-£26.50 Plus paid breaks

Are you a passionate, experienced nurse ready to lead with compassion and clinical excellence? Join our dedicated team, where your leadership will help shape the highest standards of care for our residents.
As Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practices within the home, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring that residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to promote a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.
Lead and support the nursing team in clinical excellence and compliance
Act as a role model for high-quality care delivery
Oversee medication management and care planning
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to CQC standards
Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for staff
Support residents and families with empathy and professionalism
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Proven leadership or senior nursing experience (e.g. Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager)
Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Passion for elderly care and improving residents' quality of life
