Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Clinical Lead Nurse to join our caring and progressive team in Faversham. You will embody the CARE values of the trust and work within a close-knit community-oriented team dedicated to serving the local population.

As Clinical Lead, you will oversee the community nursing team in Faversham, providing services to housebound patients within the locality.

You will support the Operational Manager in delivering strong clinical and professional leadership, ensuring safe and effective practice among staff. Additionally, you will mentor junior colleagues, students, and apprentices, fostering their clinical development and helping to build our future workforce.

Additional Working Pattern: 26 hours over 3 or 4 days.
