Kent & Medway Partnership Trust are delighted to be recruiting to a Clinical Lead position within our Mental Health Together Plus (MHT+) Team in Maidstone. The Trust has been implementing the Community Mental Health Framework and this position will be part of the management team within MHT+, they will work alongside the Mental Health Together Team to provide a high-level service to the population we serve.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic clinician with suitable leadership and experience, who is motivated to join the collective leadership team who support the team.
The successful candidate will support to provide the day to day clinical oversight of the team to ensure that we delivery safe, effective and efficient care to service users. You will work alongside the other clinical leads and operational team managers within the Community Mental Health Framework as well as our 3rd sector partners who form part of the MHT Team.
You will facilitate the transfer of Service Users between Mental Health Together and Mental Health Together Plus and between the different specialist teams within the Trust and to co-ordinate care within a shared caseload and within relevant framework.
Overall the role will entail working within the leadership team to ensure that as a service we provide 7 day clinical lead oversight/cover.
