Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC Registered).
• Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
• Significant post-registration experience (Band 6 or equivalent).
• Experience providing clinical supervision and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and risk management.
• Non-Medical Prescribing qualification desirable or willingness to undertake.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of mental health care.
• Provide clinical and managerial supervision to nursing staff.
