We're thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to take the helm of our specialist mental health community. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional person-led care, and making a difference to the lives of the people you support, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team and make a real impact in the lives of residents with complex and enduring mental health needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
  • Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff.
  • Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Support strategic decision-making with the home and deputy manager.
  • Lead our support and inclusion groups within the home's community.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a Registered Nurse (Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.
  • Have minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Have significant experience in mental health, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings.
  • Have strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation.
  • Have excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Have experience in care home settings.
  • Have training in PBS, trauma-informed care, or similar frameworks.
  • A postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership is preferred.
