We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to become the Clinical Lead for Hillingdon 0-19 service.
The post holder will be familiar with the full offer within the Healthy Child Programme and core mandated contacts.
With responsibility for supporting, supervising and developing the team to promote the universal health service to improve physical and emotional health outcomes for all children.
The post holder will work closely with the Children's Clinical Service Manager in the delivery of 0-19 services, ensuring an integrated approach with specialist services, focused on meeting the needs of children and their family/carers in Hillingdon.

The Hillingdon 0-19 service consists of Health Visiting and School Nursing teams which are split into three localities based across the borough and are dedicated to improving the outcomes of children, young people and their families health and wellbeing across the borough.

Operational Management
Take responsibility on behalf of the Clinical Service Manager for the operational management and continuity of childrens 0-19 services.
Provide leadership to and be responsible for team leaders in the day to day running of the teams, promoting multidisciplinary working and ensuring organisational and divisional barriers do not prevent the development and functioning of integrated care pathways and high-quality patient care.
Undertake regular audit of adherence to associated local and national policies, guidance (e.g. NICE) and standards of care
Contribute to the achievement of standards within the areas of responsibility, working effectively with other service managers and clinical staff to ensure agreed standards are maintained
Prepare and deliver service reviews as agreed, reporting on the performance of services within area of responsibility.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
