We are seeking a motivated, clinically qualified Pharmacy professional with a GPHC registration who has a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services. The role is home-based in the North West Region.

The role is a Clinical Lead & Customer Onboarding Advisor. In this role, you will ensure accurate medication dispensing, provide clinical advice to patients, and contribute to developing our health tech solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical advice and lead monthly clinical reviews.
• Update the clinical Hazard Log.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, customers, and suppliers to optimise medication therapy management.
• Utilise our health tech platform to enhance patient engagement and medication adherence.
• Provide clinical input on new product ideas, features, change requests, and system bugs.
• Check pre-production features for clinical accuracy, manage change requests and bugs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery.

Additional Responsibilities (non-clinical):

• Create visual materials for presentations.
• Contribute to product development.
• Customer support and onboarding.
• User training and refresher sessions.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
• Assist in product marketing activities.
• Coordinate operational activities.

Required Background & Experience:

• Registered Pharmacist or Accuracy Checking Technician with current licensure.
• Strong clinical knowledge and pharmacy practice experience.

• Proficiency in creating reports, documents, and visual aids is a plus.
