We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join our friendly team at Prescot Vets for Pets.
Our nursing team has over 40 years of qualified experience in first opinion, referrals, and charity work. Our front of house staff have 20 years of customer care experience within veterinary medicine. They are confident and capable in all situations, and this diverse group is growing together with regular in-house and external CPD. The team is committed to developing their knowledge and skills, with 2 receptionists converting to VCA’s, our HRVN studying towards a radiology certificate, and one of our vets pursuing a certificate in small animal dentistry.

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step in their career as a Clinical Lead, with a salary of up to £70,000. Full or part-time hours can be considered, with flexible working and 1:4 Saturdays on a rota basis. Previous experience as a Clinical Lead is not necessary, but you must be experienced in all aspects of small animal first opinion practice and confident in routine surgical and medical cases. An applicant with a keen interest in surgery or developing their surgical skills would be highly desirable.
Prescot Vets for Pets is situated in Cables Retail Park with a wide range of shops and plenty of free onsite parking. It is within walking distance to Prescot town centre, which has a range of cafés and restaurants, including one that won Trip Advisor's Travellers Award 2022.
