Job summary

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated podiatrist to join the multidisciplinary diabetic foot team. You will provide clinical leadership and supervise junior staff across outpatient and inpatient settings, contributing to high-quality patient care.

You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the diabetic foot service, work in dedicated clinics and ward rounds, arrange investigations, and contribute to teaching and research within this

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within the diabetic foot team and supervise junior staff on rotation, in outpatient clinics and on wards.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the diabetic foot service in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Order, interpret and advise on microbiology, radiology and laboratory results; utilise department PGDs for antibiotics.
• Support research and audit activities and contribute to educational material development within a teaching hospital.
