You will audit practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop strategies to achieve goals in a compassionate, energetic environment.

Applicants should be an RN/RMN with current NMC registration, mentoring/supervision experience, and a track record in safeguarding and risk assessments. HR, sales, and budget experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
