Job Description:

MBR Dental is currently assisting a group of dental practices in Inverness, Highlands, to recruit a Clinical Lead Dentist for a full-time position, with part-time options considered. The practice can offer a 50% remuneration share, a generous profit share, and bonus package valued at up to £150,000 per year, including:

• 6-8% profit share
• Health board joining bonus of up to £25,000
• £10,000 company joining bonus
• Opportunity to become a VPD trainer, worth £6,000 per VDP, plus a £10,000 retention bonus within the group
• Investment in ongoing development, including up to £15,000 co-funding for Masters qualifications
• Access to annual CPD events and Dental Tubules CPD membership
• Support from Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Recruitment teams

The ideal candidate will be an experienced dentist with a passion for patient care and strong clinical skills, capable of leading a patient-focused practice, managing performance, and developing new dentists.

The practice is modern, with 7 surgeries, digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and a mixed NHS/private environment. Located in a beautiful area rich in history and natural beauty.

All dentists must be registered with the GDC and hold an active List Number. A disclosure certificate will be required upon request.
