A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Clinical Lead for Complex Trauma Services. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, deliver assessments and interventions, and support trauma-informed care for children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Lead for our Complex Trauma Service. The role includes providing clinical leadership and collaborating with operational colleagues to support trauma-informed care. Responsibilities encompass delivering direct and indirect support to children and young people, conducting specialist assessments, report writing, delivering evidence-based interventions, and designing bespoke training for staff. You will also support teams through clinical meetings, consultations, and reflective practices, while leading, managing, and supervising clinical team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a qualified psychologist or psychotherapist working with children and young people in settings such as CAMHS, residential care, or trauma-informed services.
