Clinical Lead – Complexed Trauma Services

Role: Clinical Lead, Complex Trauma Services (CTS)
Salary/Benefits: up to £70,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time
Location: Tamworth/Shrewsbury (flexible across locations)

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Lead for our Complex Trauma Service. The role involves providing clinical leadership, collaborating with operational colleagues to support trauma-informed care delivery. You will deliver direct and indirect support to children and young people, including conducting specialist assessments, report writing, delivering evidence-based interventions, and designing bespoke training for staff. Additionally, you will support teams through clinical meetings, consultation, and reflective practice, while leading, managing, and supervising clinical staff.
