A leading health service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Community Services Clinical Lead to inspire and manage clinical operations across London and the Home Counties. This role requires extensive experience in patient care and leadership, along with qualifications in health and social care management. The position offers a salary of £56,000 to £62,000 per annum and a home-based working arrangement with occasional travel. This position contributes to the delivery of quality palliative care in the community.
We are recruiting for a Community Services Clinical Lead to join our team across London and the Home Counties. The region covers London, the South‑East and East of England.
As the Clinical Lead for our Community Services you will provide inspiring clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality palliative care across London and the Home Counties. Home‑based with some travel you will oversee community services, support and line‑manage Clinical Nurse Managers, and drive continuous improvement across quality, performance and patient experience. You will monitor activity and KPIs against contractual requirements, maintain regulatory standards, manage budgets and work collaboratively with partners to shape innovative, compassionate care in the community.
