Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Community Services Clinical Lead to join our team across London and the Home Counties. The region covers London, the South‑East and East of England.

Main Duties

As the Clinical Lead for our Community Services you will provide inspiring clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality palliative care across London and the Home Counties. Home‑based with some travel you will oversee community services, support and line‑manage Clinical Nurse Managers, and drive continuous improvement across quality, performance and patient experience. You will monitor activity and KPIs against contractual requirements, maintain regulatory standards, manage budgets and work collaboratively with partners to shape innovative, compassionate care in the community.
