NHS Jobs in Stafford is seeking an Internal Clinical Lead for the Children’s Physiotherapy Service. The post holder will work autonomously, providing advanced assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment for children and young people with complex needs, and will manage complex caseloads, developing individualised plans and care pathways.

They will lead clinical practice, drive service improvement and collaborate with managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children with complex needs.
• Lead clinical practice and drive service improvement.
• Develop and review clinical guidelines, policies and pathways.
• Support staff development through supervision and mentorship.
• Support research, audits and use outcome measures to improve services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and promote patient involvement.
