We’re now looking for an inspirational Clinical Unit Manager to lead our 18-bed community (Morgana Lodge) within Morgana Court & Lodge Care Home. Working 2 days 'on the floor' and 2 days supernumerary, this is your chance to shape care delivery, focus on truly positive outcomes, and lead a team to thrive.

About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
  • Creating a calm, safe, and responsive environment for residents
  • Developing individual care plans that promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence
  • Supporting and supervising a dedicated clinical team to be their best
  • Building trusted relationships with families and professionals
  • Overseeing clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Acting as a role model for compassionate, evidence-based care
