Clinical lead– Care home in Cramlington, Northumberland- £45,700 per annum

  • Hours: Full time– 44h
  • Shift Pattern: Nights– 8/8 start and finish times
  • Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join our team; you will be in charge of a specific unit in the home, taking on a leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team
  • Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
  • The ability of supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
  • A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
  • Passion about providing excellent care and supporting the residents and their families

Requirements :

  • Valid and Clear NMC pin registration number ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference
  • Previous leadership experience and nursing home experience advantageous

Purpose of Role: To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
