A leading healthcare provider in London seeks a candidate for clinical leadership in the Rapid Access Acute Rehabilitation (RAAR) pathway. The role involves managing patient assessments and care, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading multidisciplinary discussions. Ideal candidates will have experience in neurorehabilitation and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a patient-centered environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Royal London multidisciplinary neurotrauma and rehabilitation team to provide clinical and operational leadership to the Rapid Access Acute Rehabilitation (RAAR) pathway. The RAAR pathway is funded by NHSE, in each of the 4 Major Trauma Centres in London. This pathway has been developed to provide hyperacute neurorehabilitation for adults with neurological and traumatic injuries including traumatic brain injury.
You will be directly supported by the 8b AHP Clinical Lead for Neurosciences, Trauma and Neurological Rehabilitation. You will provide expert clinical leadership and work closely with speciality lead clinicians and the Emergency Care and Trauma Divisional Triumvirates. You will also work closely with the other Clinical Therapy Leads and Therapy leadership team.
