Clinical Lead (Band 7/8) - Speech & Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist - Uxbridge SEN Primary School

Are you a seasoned Speech & Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist ready to lead and inspire in a dynamic educational setting? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our SEN Primary School in Uxbridge, bringing expertise in paediatrics, functional language skills, and emotional regulation to our multidisciplinary team.

Location: Uxbridge

Setting: SEN Primary School

Position: Clinical Lead (Band 7/8) - SALT or OT

Schedule: Full-time, Term-time only

About The Role

As the Clinical Lead, you will:

• Lead Clinical Excellence: Oversee and enhance therapy services, ensuring high-quality interventions for students with diverse needs.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, fostering professional growth and collaborative practice.
• Strategic Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy programs aligned with educational goals and EHCPs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and external professionals to support student progress and well-being.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
• Experience: Proven track record in paediatric settings, with a deep understanding of functional language development and emotional regulation strategies.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop therapy teams within educational environments.
• EHCP Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Education, Health, and Care Plans and their application in school settings.
