Job summary

Care UK is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Lead. You will lead the nursing team, deliver personalised care plans, and deputise for the management team while working with local GPs and healthcare professionals. You will champion high standards of care and clinical compliance.

As a senior nurse, you will mentor others, monitor care quality, and foster a collaborative environment. Care for older residents with a focus on wellbeing and development opportunities within Care

Qualifications

• NMC registration to practise as a nurse.
• Experience with clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive care plans.
• Experience in a clinical leadership role and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team and deliver individual care plans.
