Main duties of the job

In this role, you'll:
  • Oversee the clinical operations of home healthcare services, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to healthcare teams, including Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain and improve care standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individualised care plans for clients.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
  • Act as a point of contact for clinical issues and provide expert advice and support.

About This Role

This position is being responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care to our clients. This role is a full time, permanent opportunity and is office-based. It can be located at our Heywood, Wolverhampton, or Peterborough offices, with the option to work from home one day per week.
