Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assessing clients' care needs and providing health supervision and direct nursing care.
  • Assessing social and health care needs of new and existing clients.
  • Ensuring care plans are completed and maintained per guidelines and policies.
  • Administering prescribed medicines and documenting accordingly.
  • Practicing integrity in all dealings with clients, respecting their personal and financial affairs.
  • Supervising and instructing junior staff and new team members.
  • Attending mandatory training sessions.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
