This role is based in a luxurious care home that provides top-notch residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people. This comes with a salary of £59,642 per year (£28.67 per hour) and other amazing benefits!

The Clinical Lead will:

  • Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight for the Nursing and Care teams.
  • Support the Home Manager with clinical operations, including resident assessments and stakeholder liaison.
  • Lead and participate in clinical review meetings and residents'/relatives meetings.
  • Deliver training, mentoring, and supervision to staff, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Oversee medication management, care plans, and risk assessments.
  • Support rota planning and participate in the on-call rota as needed.
  • Investigate incidents and address complaints to promote safe care.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team for compliance and improvement.
