An exciting opportunity arises for a Clinical Lead role in the NHS, focusing on enhancing the health and wellbeing of individuals seeking employment support. An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our Strategy and Growth division as a Clinical Lead, part of the Healthy Working Lives Programme Pilot.
The role would suit an experienced clinical lead who has experience of working with individuals, supporting them to remove barriers, build skills and support them from a health and wellbeing expertise helping them to move back into employment.
You will have with a track record of successfully supporting individuals health and wellbeing goals, the post provides a huge opportunity for the pilot project team to operate an employment project within Kirklees for residents aged 18-64 years, demonstrating the success of health and employment support that leads to positive outcomes for service users.
You must have effective communication skills and must be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the services users and the project and will be expected to be able to travel independently across Kirklees.
