We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Leader that has Eating Disorder experience and is wanting to progress to a Clinical Lead within a Private Hospital in High Wycombe. This is a full-time permanent position.
The role is available to start ASAP but can accommodate notice periods of up to 8 weeks. The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Hospital Director, the Clinical Lead is a member of the hospital Senior Management Team and is responsible for the leadership and delivery of clinical services operations, expert nursing care, and working closely with therapy colleagues and medical staff within the hospital.
The Clinical Lead plays a key part in developing and delivering the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the team.
You will deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence and have overall responsibility for all clinical departments’ performance and governance.
As the Clinical Lead, you will manage the ward and resources effectively, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix of nursing experience and skills, including effective rota management (12 weeks in advance), annual leave/training arrangements, and sickness and absence management.
You will undertake and complete clinical investigations and complaints, as well as HR investigations, ensuring these are completed thoroughly, promptly, and to a high standard.
