Location: St. Catherines Care Home - Queen St, Horwich, Bolton BL6 5QU

Salary: £21.07/h

Hours: 38.5h/week

Your Main Responsibilities

• Assess clients' care needs, provide health supervision, and direct nursing care when required.
• Assess social and healthcare needs of new clients; maintain ongoing assessments and reviews.
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document accordingly.
• Practice integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs.
• Supervise and instruct junior and new staff members.
• Attend mandatory training days/courses as required.
• Maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when needed.
