As a Clinical Lead, you will:

1. Oversee clinical and quality standards within the home.
2. Lead and guide nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
3. Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident well-being.
4. Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.
5. Provide hands-on clinical support and leadership when required.

Minimum Requirements:

For the Clinical Lead position, the ideal candidate will have:

1. Active NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse.
2. Experience in a senior nursing or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
3. A passion for working within a charitable organisation.
4. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
