We have an exciting opportunity for a staff nurse to join a well-established, highly regarded care provider in their nursing home in Coventry. The home offers bespoke care to up to 25 residents, featuring luxury facilities and meaningful activities. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, round-the-clock care.

Your role will involve supporting the Home Manager with the overall management of the home, including implementing policies and business procedures, preparing staff rotas, and monitoring care standards.
