We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Lead to work within Ancora House as part of our Tier 4 CAMHS Assessment and Outreach Team/Ancora CARE Team.
Ancora House is an in-patient child and adolescent mental health service, consisting of 26 beds, split across two wards: Coral and Indigo. We are a general adolescent unit, that also supports young people with eating disorders.
To support the Team Manager in delivering a high quality Mental Health
Service for Children and Young People of the Cheshire and Mersey
CAMHS. To provide clinical leadership within the team and management
support, deputising for the Team Manager in their absence. The post
holder will be expected to work autonomously within a multi disciplinary
framework, providing training and staff development, specialist
assessment for admission to Tier 4 Services, clinical support and time
limited intervention to service users. The post holder will act as a source of expertise and point of contact within the team and demonstrate highly
