Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Saltdean, Brighton
Pay Rate: £23.37 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 36 hours per week, Days

Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join a small, family-run nursing home in the picturesque seaside village of Saltdean. Established since the 1980s, this home has perfected its support system, providing exceptional care not only to its residents but also to its staff. As Clinical Lead, you'll work in a beautifully designed, spacious facility boasting sea views, a lush garden, and a sun terrace.

With a GOOD CQC rating, the home offers outstanding nursing and dementia care, supported by a stable and proactive management team that ensures ongoing training and development. As a Clinical Lead, you will be supported by a dedicated and close-knit care team.
