Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience.
• Experience as a Senior Nurse or Staff Nurse in a Care Home is desirable.

The Clinical Lead will work with the Home Manager and Quality Assurance team to ensure effective and safe clinical practice, monitor standards via audits and observations, review policies, implement action plans, and provide reports as needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Upholding Inspire Neurocare values and leading clinical and care teams
• Providing leadership, support, and supervision for staff as advised by the Home Manager
• Participating in on-call duties as needed
• Researching, developing, and delivering training modules and workshops to improve care
• Providing feedback on staff performance to the Home Manager
• Supporting clinical aspects of the home, including assessments, liaising with stakeholders
• Leading team and clinical review meetings
• Ensuring safe clinical practice, conducting investigations, and responding to concerns
