Clinical Lead Nurse

Salary: £23.50 per hour based on 44 hours per week

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Assess all aspects of clients' care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care when required
  • Assess social and health care needs of new clients; maintain ongoing assessments and reviews
  • Ensure care plans are completed and maintained collaboratively with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Administer prescribed medicines and document accordingly
  • Practice integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs, avoiding abuse of the privileged relationship
  • Supervise and instruct junior and new staff members, providing guidance as needed
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses as required
  • Maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when necessary
