Qualifications

• MSN required or in progress; Master’s degree must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• Current RN licensure in PA; multi-state license as appropriate for the clinical site.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience; teaching or supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate students in Medical-Surgical Nursing at a clinical site.
• Supervise students in all aspects of patient care and provide feedback.
• Complete clinical health requirements and assign patient placements.
• Submit grades and plan instructional activities for conferences.
• Provide weekly feedback and conduct final clinical evaluations.
• Communicate clinical site issues with course coordinator and Director.
