We are looking for a Clinical Information Analyst to join our Clinical Governance team to support the clinical information needs of Ramsay Health Care through the provision of accurate and relevant analysis and reports.

The role

You will develop and maintain a suite of information to be circulated to the business on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis to monitor quality indicators. You will also develop the department's capability to continuously and proactively improve the quality and quantity of information products available to the organization. This includes helping staff determine their information needs and building the necessary systems and reports to meet those needs.

What you will bring:
  • Experience of designing and implementing performance management systems and frameworks
  • Advanced IT skills, including competence in databases, spreadsheets, and summarizing data in tables, charts, and pivot tables (Excel and SQL)
  • Detailed understanding and application of modeling tools, analytical, and statistical packages
  • Ability to translate clinical, managerial, and other issues into valid data and usable information
  • Ability to interpret information and advise decision-makers appropriately
  • Understanding of and vision to apply various modeling and analytical tools to improve decision-making
  • Experience in primary care or acute settings (desirable)
  • Familiarity with NHS reporting and data flows, CDS, UNIFY2, KPIs (desirable)
  • Competency with Excel, PowerBI, Business Objects, SQL Server, Transact SQL (highly desirable)
