Job summary

The Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) at ZOLL Medical Corporation will coordinate post-sale education and training, serving as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL hospital product line. Working with the Clinical Education Team and Territory Manager, you will build strong customer relationships to drive adoption and patient outcomes.

This role requires travel up to 80% mainly in UK and Europe, with base around the Midlands region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of clinical experience required.
• AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-sale education and training initiatives.
• Act as clinical and technical expert for ZOLL hospital products.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive customer adoption and outcomes.
• Plan, develop, and execute educational events in customer accounts.
• Be an advocate for improving patient outcomes in inpatient settings.
